I use this energy morning to check my hrv. Its nice to use the camera instead of buying a hear rate monitor

I find this application extremely helpful. It helps me know when to work out hard and when to recover. Very easy to use.

The simplicity and accuracy of measurements along with the advanced statistical modeling isnt close to being matched by any other product.
