Amazing App

Have been using this app for over a month now. I was hesitant to spend the money, but it was much less money than buying a heart rate monitor. What really sold me was the work the developer did to study how similar the camera test was compared to a heart rate monitor. The results were basically identical!

Would recommend to anyone looking for an HRV app. This is as easy as it gets and accurate
